Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all dog hair is removed and original tags are still attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
